Summer is gone! too fast! and here comes the rain again!Anyway, with "Ate Vi" wearing her traditional Pink Uniform (ehem!), Katchang with her lovely smile and so is Delia and Delia's Pride Kuting enjoying the swing with Izzy Boy.
While Papa Rod and Mang Jimboy preparing the barbeque, this is how simple we spend the summer in bolton.
Bottom line is - everybody is happy and no more contrabida around!

One unusual fine sunny day in Hounslow and most of the Filipinos across the UK goes to this festival called - Barrio Fiesta! It's 6:00a.m. and my alarm starts to wake me up - I thank God for I'm still alive as I go directly to the shower to start the day.
"Wake up Dang, Joel, Kathryn, it's shower time - we're goin to London today," I said. Pack everything you need for it will be a long day for us all.
It's 7:00a.m. already as we shoot off to London with Saeed, Kate, Izzy, Noralyn and CJ. Traffic in M6 as expected due to road works, running 40mph instead of 70mph. Anyway, to make the journey short, we arrived in London 11:00a.m.
We had picnic under the tree enjoying our special adobo with rice and noodles. Had SanMiguel beer, barbeque, banana rolls (turon) instead of spring rolls. Met some old friends from Cardiff, Herefordshire, London, Newcastle, Oxford, and everywhere in one place.
Only one thing is missing! - The true Filipino spirit of "bayanihan".
How about having this Barrio Fiesta in Manchester too?
